My journey into the world of culinary arts began at a young age, and it has evolved into a lifelong passion. While becoming a private chef marks the culmination of my story, the roots of my culinary adventure trace back to Argentina. I honed my skills in prestigious 5-star hotels and their restaurants, but I was driven to explore new horizons, immerse myself in diverse cultures, and delve into a wide array of cuisines.

Throughout my culinary odyssey, I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the world’s most iconic culinary cities, including New York, Chicago, Miami, and London. My journey led me to Michelin-starred restaurants, where I melded my expertise in French, Italian, Latin, and Modern American cuisine with the flavors of more exotic culinary traditions such as Japanese and Korean.
