Food Director
Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, Salvador brings over 20 years of culinary experience to NCHospitality. He most recently served as Chef de Cuisine at Macchialina for five years, with prior experience in acclaimed kitchens including STK Chicago, Untitled Chicago, and BLT American Brasserie. He leads our kitchen with discipline, precision, and deep respect for the craft.

Aniela Cabrera

Aniela, my daughter, began integrating into NCHospitality in 2024, gradually becoming an essential part of the brand. Today, she plays a key role in marketing, brand image, and communication, and is also the pastry chef behind our desserts, where creativity, technique, and attention to detail come together. Her presence reflects the values of NCHospitality: passion, dedication, and continuity of craft

Lorena Zarate

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Lorena has been part of NCHospitality since 2022 and brings over 10 years of professional culinary experience. A graduate of the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía (IAG), she is known for her discipline, consistency, and strong execution across our operations.
